[Shotimes] Hitch Placement and OT question about living quarters in Wisconsin!

Hello All,

I am in the process of moving my SHO (and my family) into Wisconsin, 
preferably around Green Bay or Marinette. I have 2 questions:

1. Where is the best place to get a hitch put on, and are there any hints or 
warnings I should know? We will be using one of U-hauls "little trailer".

Warning! Question 2 is kinda O.T.

2. Does anyone have (or know someone who has) a 2 or 3 bedroom house for 
rent in the Green Bay/Marinette/Appleton area that could live without a 
deposit? I have at least 2 job offers (if I can get up there - They won't 
pay relocation.)]

Any help on these two questions would be greatly appreciated.
