You're talking 7% more displacement so you could get 7% more power. I thought the main difference in the 2 engines was the camshafts (at least 2 of the 4 cams anyway) so you could put the appropriate 3.0 cams in the 3.2 and gain that 7% more power. I guess that means with no other changes you could get 235hp.
If you just swap engines without any other changes, I think what you gain is a broader torque curve which improves driveability around town and might increase performance a small bit. I've only driven a 3.2 ATX one time but I was impressed by its pull off the line.
