That's what the Lowrider does.  It sounds distantly like a fart, but a kazoo sounds
even more reasonable.  A way to determine if it is the PS pump is to remove the belt
the night before, and let it cold soak all night.  Then start it up and see if it
does it.  Let it run for a minute or so, then shut it down and retighen the belt. 
See if it will do it then.  If it does, then it is the PS system.

I'm not that concerned about the Lowrider....if it wants to talk to me when it
starts, more power to it.  It'll be retiring soon.  Everything works fine after it
is warmed up.
