Ohio has some strange salvage laws and require a Ohio license to purchase
salvage. I don't have one and called to apply and for some reason, dealers
in Nebraska aren't eligible for an Ohio license. Other states are fine, but
not Nebraska. I guess they're afraid I'll buy all the SHOs....
