[Shotimes] How to add signature

I do it manually.  Cut and paste from a dummy text file.  But that's only
because I am at work, with my own work signature that goes out on
e-mails.  So I delete the work sig, then replace with the SHO sig.
Somewhere in the Preferences or Options for your mail program will be
a spot to write in a signature.  Then you need to find the switch to
enable it, so it will automatically put it on every message.  I would
think most mail programs would give the option of picking from a
list of signatures, but ours here at work is archaic, and only allows
one.  When we switch to Lotus Notes I may have that option.
