I think it is....it only happens at the first start of the day, and it is a lot less
frequent (at least noticable) in the summer. I don't think the temperature has to
be below freezing for it to happen. Remember, also, this car has a LOT more miles
than most of yours, and the PS system has only been flushed twice in its life, so
it's theoretically in a lot worse shape...I'd flush it, but see the next paragraph.
If I can get rid of all these other alligators, I'll pull that belt and give it my
own test. But right now new houses with bad tile, AWAs with (REALLY!) bad attitudes
because of the bad tile, contractors who could care less about bad tile (these same
contractors want to have us arrested because we keep checking on our house); a
certain SHO that won't blow heat, even with a new blower module, other SHOs which
suddenly need (within the next two days...sorry about that, Chief!) brakes, tires,
cruise fixed, sanded paint; and the FAA which couldn't give a hoot about my home
life, are trying to sneak up on me and spoil my day.
Other than that, everything's FINE!! ;-)
