[Shotimes] Red hot rotors

The question is, which rotor? Or all of them? Only the rear ones would be
affected by the e-brake on. If it (they) was red from actual braking, the
fronts actually get hotter than the rears; assuming everything is in working
order. If it was only the rear(s) then the ebrake or a sticking rear
caliper would be indicated.
