WHY!? Is this a hypothetical ethics list now? What exactly is he doing
wrong that requires anyone else to stick their nose into?

If it bothers you so much, don't buy from him.

Maybe he's trying to make a buck or two to pay his rent, put food on the
table, etc. What is the big deal?

Why don't you send a message to those who bid on these so they may
retract their bids and/or complain to eBay.

Maybe this guy will get the message.

All you have to tell these people is that this guy is actually selling a
GM part, which is $10 direct.
