[Shotimes] Yamaha Badges on

No these are different. These are about 1 1/2" in diameter. They have the
"tuning fork" Yamaha logo on them. Hrinsin removed the DOHC emblems
from his front fenders and put these on. I was going to put these above
the DOHC emblems, because he said the paint was slightly wavy under
the ones he took off. Some rubbing compound smoothed it out, but I didn't
want to take any chances. Compared to the DOHC badges, the Yamaha logos
looked like stickers. I wanted to have an emblem type look. The guy who
was going to make them for me has had the sketches for about 8 months
now and hasn't done anything with them. Maybe it's time to find somebody
else to do it.

I purchased some from Al a while back for my '93. If these are the same type
"thick sticky type badges" you are talking about, we removed the Ford one's
with a blow dryer and then put the Yamaha badges in place. They look good.
My '91 already had them on it.
