[Shotimes] plugging valve cover vent?

URL please? I browsed around for a bit and couldn't find it.

Anyway, I don't think it would work. I mean, the name itself is
"valvecover vent". It's sucking fumes from the crankcase, into the
intake to the combustion chambers to be burnt up. Like a PCV valve
setup, right? If it were plugged off, I'd assume there would be a
pressure build up and more oil would be finding its way past the seals,
not the other way around.

Over on the forum there is talk of plugging the vent out of the front
valve
cover, and the corresponding tube on the throttle body. Is this a
legit
action, supposedly to reduce pressure in the valve cover, at the same
time
reduce oil bypassing the spark plug seals?
