I posted something about this on the SHOclub.com
classifieds, but people don't read enough, so here goes again.

One of our SHO owners was scammed recently by a person from
"West Africa" wanting to buy this guys used car.

He offered to pay several thousand over the price of the car
if the SHO owner would send the excess to his "agent" in the
U.S. that would have the car shipped.

Trouble was the guy got a "certified" check and then WIRED
the money to the agent. The check was bad, but he could not
get his money back from the wire.

People: anyone that offers to pay too much and then wants
you to pay cash back in any deal, is a scam artist.

I just got another contact from yet another SHO owner that
was smart enough to contact me about the "deal". I
suggested that he contact police/authorities and try to
catch the scam artists, but they are out of the country and
probably working this scam on people all over the US.

Let me know if any of you are contacted with this type of deal.

Sorry if this gets posted twice, I sent it once but I think
my mouse powered ISP was off-line!
