[Shotimes] Re exhaust and rod shifter charges

Brian, just had my rod shifter put in my 89.  I had the shifter and the cost 
to put it in was $350.  They charge $60 per hour.  I called around the VA and 
the best and almost only place that would do it was ProTech in Gaithersburg, 
MD.  Kevin did a great job.  The price for removing/replacing the entire 
system sounds about right too especially since they have to usually drill out 
the bolts from the headers and replace them as they are rusted shut/tight.
