[Shotimes] Exhaust & Rod shifter charges

When I had my SVO rod shifter installed at the ShoShop, it was (IIRC) a 
little over 3 hours. This was done by someone with experience at this job 
and with the Ford kit. You would probably want to add for a first timer and 
if any nuts/bolts need to be scrounged up.
