These arent hard to put in but I totally agree with you Ron. Its all about
expierence and proper tools.

I installed one for a kid, a 16 year old. I must be getting soft for these
youngsters.I only charged him $100;  its all he had ! ...

Poor kid. I took pity on him. Heck, he couldnt use reverse with the cables !
