[Shotimes] Rip-Off on E-bay

This is a tubular bar with the ends flattened and drilled. It would connect
at one of the three nuts at the top of the strut towers. Apparently, the
holes would need to be elongated to match the spacing between the towers on
a SHO. The bar would be pinched between the nut and the surface of the strut
tower. The only thing keeping the strut towers from flexing is the friction
between the nut and the bar. This may work ok on a GM car that it fits
without elongating the holes.
On a proper STB, there is a 1/4" or so thick plate with three round holes
that bolts to all three of the strut tower nuts. Also, there is a threaded
part that threads to the bar. By turning the bar, the STB can put pressure
between the strut towers to hold them apart (or together.)
The difference in quality and function between the $10 STB and the $150 one
is obvious.
