Perhaps the difference between the two is obvious, but the difference
between the GM bar and nothing is also obvious. You have to remember that
during a hard turn, the tower don't only move forward and backward, but try
to move inward towards eachother. This bar prevents that inward motion.
Pull a $10.00 out of your wallet, try it on your car, and sell it on ebay.
The difference is obvious, at least it was on my car.
