[Shotimes] Why does the CE light

The fuel system is considered a closed and pressurized system. If the
cap is not tight, the computer sees that as a leak. And a potential way
for gasoline vapors to escape and poison our atmosphere, making it
hard for all living things to survive.
Ok. I got carried away. But the theory makes sense, no?
