Kevin and George, I wanted to make a correction to Kevin's post on this
subject. The Houma Bearing Service folks did indeed cross the Gen II cam
idler pulley bearing number (NTN 2TS2-DF0716LH) into BCA 5106WCC - but the 35
mm ID x 51 mm OD x 20 mm thick BCA bearing will not work. It turns out that
the bearing in the lower accessory belt idler pulley (Crank - A/C idler) is
the same bearing used in both the cam idler pulley that bolts to six-bolt the
idler pulley bracket and the cam belt tensioner idler pulley. These are all
35 mm ID x 55 mm OD x 20 mm thick, double row, radial ball bearings. The OEM
bearing in my accessory belt idler pulley (NSK 35BD219) crosses into Nachi
35BG05S10GST2, just as Kevin indicted. This OEM bearing also crosses into
NTN 2TS2-DF0716LH. These bearings are used in automobile A/C compressor and
clutch applications as well as on some of the Gen II ATX idlers.

When I did the 100K front engine maintenance on my '93 ATX in December, I used
a Nachi bearing from Kevin's source, Houma Bearing Service, to replace a
noisy cam belt idler bearing and ordered a second Nachi bearing to replace the
bearing in my lower accessory idler pulley.
