You didn't do the UPPER half in 5 minutes or less.  The lower half, I'd believe, but
the upper half you have to take the dash apart and out, so you can get to the back
of the speedo to squeeze the clamp to get the cable loose.....then you have to route
the new one through the dash correctly so that it isn't bent excessively.  That
takes at least 30 minutes, more like an hour to fight the instrument cluster vs the
steering column.
