[Shotimes] 96+ PFCM brake pads

I had '96 slotted rotors when I used the 598 Ford pads - maybe that
contributed to them being dusty.  When I switched to the PFCM pads I went
with non-slotted rotors and they were dusty!!  Now I'm very happy with my
Carbotechs Fs and non-slotted rotors.
