[Shotimes] Using a lot of fuel and running rough

Hi all.  Hope someone can help so I don't have to spend a ton of money
again.  My '93 3.2L ATX has been running rough lately.  A while ago it
wouldn't stay running and I replaced the IAB valve on it.  That sort of
fixed the cold running but it still does it occasionally.  Also, it's been
running really rough and is getting horrible gas mileage (used to be around
20, now down to about 14).  I ran the codes and got the following:
129- Insufficient MAF change during dynamic response test
167- Insufficient throttle position change during dynamic response test
536- Brake on/off circuit failure/not activated
521- Power steering pressure sensor/switch did not change
632- Transmission control switch circuit did not change state
411- Can't control RPM during low RPM check (the car stalled during the
test)

I know they all aren't contributing to the main problem, but could some of
them be?  Also, what do the other codes mean?  Sometimes my brakes will kind
of go stiff on me but I just figured they needed to be bled.

Anyway, I know this is a lot.  Hope someone can help.  Thanks in advance.
