[Shotimes] No start!! Help

Shaun:
 Put it back together and see what you have at the test port on the fuel
system. You have found the problem and it's the engine not getting fuel.
Start with the simpler things. The injectors would be further down on the
list. I think it's a basic fuel problem. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge?

After the car is together someone can send you a wiring diagram of the fuel
system, including pump. Your right the pump is NOT suppose to run all the
time but the car should still start and run!

 The car alarm is also a danger point. I have one on my wife's SHO but no
paperwork and twice it has stopped us cold with a dead car. I still am not
sure what I did to get it going? But follow up on what you have found so
far.

One other thing: Have you checked the inertia switch in the trunk and
verified it's not tripped?

Why has the car been sitting? Other problems?
