[Shotimes] Good or Bad Price ???

I recently bought a 91 SHO PLUS with 127000 miles on it.  It ran up
until a month ago and looks pretty good.  The exterior has minor rust
spots and a little damage to the hood and front headlights.  The
interior has a rip in the driver's seat and otherwise normal wear and
tear.  Other than not running it needs a new exhaust (has no mufflers
now) and something is wrong with the rear brakes (one of the calipers
doesn't work at all).  It also needs a new battery and is in need of a
tune up big time.  Other than that the car seems to be pretty decent.  I
picked it up for $600.00 and was wondering if you guys thought this was
a fair price or if I got ripped off.  Be honest!
