[Shotimes] HELP Pls I really need to figure this out

Hello Everyone.

Thx for taking the time to read this.

My SHO is a 94 w/ 110K miles.  I had a complete 60K service done last summer
at 90K.

When I start my car even during the warm weather the car surges to 2100-2300
rpm and then immediately goes to normal idle rpm.
If I go around town and turn off the engine it will not do that.  It only
does it in the morning when the engine is nice and cold.

I cleaned the idle air bypass valve, I think that is what its called (part
opposite side of the throttle body inside the big outer runners)

Should I change this part IAB?


I cannot help but think I am wearing this engine out upon startups.
