[Shotimes] 93 atx Timing belt*** help!!**

Well, the dreaded CPS went out again and of course half way through the repair
process we had to order another part leaving the car untouched for a week.

Anyway, on the T-belt cover there are 3 marks 0   then  I    then 0.. I assume
that the middle I mark is the TDC but I want to be sure before I put it back
together. Also, we lined up the dots/lines on the cam gears and they haven't
moved, assuming the crank hasn't made any rotation(it has but I moved it back
going the opposite direction- it's never made a complete rotation) I should be
okay, no? anyway, which marks on the timing belt cover do I use?

Thanks in advance, my wife thanks you too... she wants her car back badly.
