Got it - if only I could think of a symptom my SHO has had that this might
fix; guess I'll find out tomorrow.  Has George ever seen blinking lights
with the key out?  I think I topped him with my bad PCM ground today!

The one snake support is a stud and it attaches there.

There should be one ground strap running from the rear pass side lower snake
mount (stud) to the firewall.

There should be a different ground wire running from the negative battery
cable to the strut tower.  That same strut tower connection should also have
a second ground wire that goes to an inline connector.  The other end of the
wire from that connector runs to the PCM and is the PCM ground.

George F can tell you all about what happens when that last connection
fails..
