 While I may not agree with some Milwaukee's laws, j-walking and ticket 
scalping to name 2, the treatment this ass recieved was just and probably way more 
lenient then what would happen to you or I.
 You don't think swinging a bat at another person is a crime?!? He had no 
idea the degree of padding or the location of the costume wearer's head, so stow 
the "he knew he wouldn't hurt her" argument! I bet if I swung a bat at your 
car, knowing full well I wouldn't hurt you, you'd be calling that a crime! 
 So, despite your lame jab at Milwaukee, I'm pleased with the fact that here, 
in Milwaukee, swinging a bat at another person is a crime.
