Either use the starter bump method or..
Keep driver's side wheel on the ground. Put transmission in 5th gear. Have
someone stand on the brakes. Use a 6-pt 19 mm (or was it 18 mm) impact
grade socket, an extension resting on a jackstand, an 18" prybar, and a 4 ft
steel pipe over the extension. Stand or jump on the pipe.
The starter bump method is much easier. Make certain that you use ONLY a
6-pt socket and that the socket and ratchet both have lifetime warranties.
Make sure you position the ratchet so it will swing several inches before
striking the subframe - the engine has to be able to pick up some momentum
to pop the bolt loose.
