It is either the e-brake cable that is rusted inside and not allowing the
cable to return or the hose. You can tell if it is the hose by removing the
bleeder screw and see if the fluid will drip out. There should be a slow
steady drip if all is well. I just went through this. AutoZone is out of
hoses and had to go to NAPA.

Since I got my 93 SHO 2 years ago by back breaks have been a huge problem.
The calipers have failed/locked on 3 times. There is something other
than the calipers causing this problem. Both sides are failing so I
can't imagine it is a problem with the break line. Any suggestions?
