[Shotimes] Taurus Service Repair CD Manual

I bought one for my wife's SUV. It was a complete piece of garbage. It
wasn't a manual at all, just a CD full of .pdf files. As if that wasn't
bad enough, the .pdf files were absolutely horrible, and there were some
key pieces missing, such as brakes, engine, etc. There was quite a bit
of electronics and heating information, and some suspension stuff.

I emailed the seller, and told him how unhappy I was. I politely asked
for my money back, and in exchange I would still leave him decent
feedback. He refused to even respond to my email! I then took it upon
myself to watch his other auctions for similar items, and warned the
bidders (when people did bid) about my experience. They almost always
retracted their bids, costing this seller a good chunk of change.

After a couple of weeks of this, and hundreds of dollars in sales lost,
I emailed him again. Told him what I did, and pointed out which
auctions he lost because of me. I then informed him that I would stop,
if and only if he refunded my money.

Oddly enough, he did.

I still haven't left feedback; I'm not quite sure how to sum this up in
80 characters (or whatever eBay alots)!

Take care, and stay away from supposed "CD Manuals".

Anyone bought one of these from ebay? Is this the actual Helms manual
on CD?
