[Shotimes] rear break problems

Have you checked the slider pins lately?  If they seize up, the caliper
won't retract when you let off the brakes.  My passenger side had
one pin seized.  Over time it wore the inside pad down to a nub.  I also
found one seized on the drivers side, which hadn't worn the pad down
yet.  Replace them, grease them up good, and you should be set.

You could also have a collapsed flexible line.  From what I gather,
the bracket that holds the line rusts on the inside, constricting the
hose.
