[Shotimes] SHO manual

I believe that the only year there was a SHo-specific manual was in 1989,
and you still needed the SLO manual for the non-SHO specific stuff. The two
volumes came as a set - I ended up with the SHO manual even though at that
time I only had a Sable wagon.
