[Shotimes] code 524 ~

I am getting a code 524 which is a low speed fuel pump failure.  The Helm
says the CCRM is bad if I have power to at the LFC pins which I do.  So the
relay inside must be FUBARED.  Does anyone know the ampere of this circuit?
Does anyone know the logic behind the operation of the low and high speeds
of the fuel pump?
