[Shotimes] torque specs

Hi all.

Could someone help me out with some torque specs.  I need specs for the Main 
bearing caps and rod bearing caps.  This is on a 3.2l.  Also if there is a 
specific order that is needed would be helpful as well.  Could use the head 
bolt info as well.

Or point me to a site that might have this info.
