[Shotimes] Corner Weights

[sho2go]

Trying to wrap my mind around this concept, it seems no matter the length of
the links, as long as they are the same there is no preload. (Within reason,
of course.)   If you adjust only one, it would be adequate to load the car
either left or right, depending on which way the adjustment went.  Are you
referring to a lot of weight differential side-to-side?  Shorter springs on
one side?  Help me here.  For what reason would there be a preload that
would need adjusting out?
