[Shotimes] KOER questions.

OK. Finally got it to run but if I did the "turn the wheel, floor it, turn
O/D off and on hit the brakes" thing, it wouldn't complete.

Anyhow, all the codes are: 172 (rear O2) 538 (didn't goose) 536 (didn't
brake) 521 (didn't turn wheel) 632 (didn't switch O/D)

Only one I need to worry about is the O2 sensor. At least the KOER and KOEO
are consistent!
