OK.... Finally figured it out.

The SHOtimes FAQ is not super clear.

Start engine, run at 2000 RPM for 2 minutes. Shut down. Jumper.

Start engine again. Don't touch anything.

Engine code displays.

Turn O/D off and on, hit brake, turn wheel.

Wait for 1 flash.

Floor gas pedal so that the engine revs quickly to at least 4000 RPM (will
hit rev limiter in ATX cars)

Read codes.

172. Off to Autozone I go for a new O2 sensor.
