Thanks for straightening me out, guys, as those I mentioned have been more
successful than I thought. I have one other comment, though - does not the
F1 champion more often than not pilot that year's best chassis/make? Seems
almost every year one make is light years ahead of the rest, and it's very
difficult for a better driver to overcome a better car. This year seems to
have more parity than most.

Brain fart. It just seemed that those years were always won by McLaren.
Your F1 history is very good Bob. Good points about his time at Ferrari.
Too bad they had such horrible reliability problems those years.
