[Shotimes] OT - Insurance Problem HELP!

I had about the same situation, State Farm had the insurance 
on both cars, and they tried to get both drivers to pay part 
of each claim.

I told them I was parked, not moving and in the space 
legally, properly parked.  How in the world can it be 20% 
"my fault?".  They finally agreed with the logic.
