[Shotimes] OT: LED brightness vs. Incandescent

I know this is way off topic but I was wondering if anyone knows how many 
mcd in an led is would be equal to the light output of a typical flashlight? 
I want to make an LED flashlight out of an old maglight but I want to know 
if the 1100mcd leds from radioshack will do the job or if I should order 
10,000mcd leds online. Thanks.
