No differences that I've seen. My old 94 ATX and 95 MTX, along with 2 other
95's (ATX and MTX) I worked on had a 20.6mm front bar with a 21mm rear bar.

Don D. measured the front anti-sway bar on my 92. It rang up at 24.6mm. I
had already upgraded the rear bar on my 92 to a 26mm.
The bar on the 95 looks to be stock. I'll have to use a C-clamp or some
other tool to measure it to be sure, but what is the normal size I should
expect to see on a 95 MTX? I thought the ATX and MTX were different in this
area, the former getting a softer suspension.
