[Shotimes] Aftermarket KYB Struts?

No, it doesn't matter. My Konis were on full Firm in the rear, and setting
the fronts to full Soft didn't matter.
And it shouldn't. Struts are there to dampen spring motion. If you have
struts compensating for springs, it's not an optimal situation (like when
people use air shocks).
In general, the stiffer the car gets (AL SFBs, SFCs, stiffer spring, strut
tower braces F&R, etc), the less of a need for sway bars.
Sway bars are really a band-aid solution to a flexible body and a floppy
suspension, anyway. Open-wheel racers rarely have sway bars.....don't need
'em.

All those things affect the handling to some degree, but would not expect
matched struts and springs to change the balance. I assume though, for
instance, if you had rear Konis set full stiff and the fronts full soft it
would oversteer pretty good, relative to having them set the same.
Yes, a front/rear tire pressure differential will always have an affect.
