[Shotimes] CEL again

Steve, I don't profess to know much about these tests, but now I'm thinking
that those two codes fall under the continuous code category as opposed to
being detected during the test itself. According to the FAQ, if I want to
clear the codes I need to rerun the tests and then disconnect/reconnect the
jumper. Thanks for giving me the translation for PIP and CID sensors in a
language I understand.
To recap the scenario, I do not have any stalling or starting problems
whatsoever. The situation I experienced was one where I was stopped at a
traffic light in neutral. This is a long traffic light. It was 97 degrees
outside. All of a sudden the tach raised up to about 1200-1300 RPMs and
wobbled a little. Car never stalled. When the light turned green, I tried
to accelerate but the car hesitated, then drove fine for 100 feet and CEL
shutoff, then it hesitated again with the CEL again for about 3 seconds,
them shutoff again and never reappeared for about 30 minutes of additional
driving throughout the day.
Any idea about the 538 code?
Thanks,
Carl
