[Shotimes] Gen 3 Rim Today?

As long as he has at least 60 psi in the mini-spare (he probably doesn't
now, but the first gas station should put him in business), it will do just
fine for a few hundred miles. Looks stupid, yes, but it works.

Why overpay for a rim on the trip when he can look for one later? Also, if
he shattered a rim, the is a VERY good chance that he may have damaged
suspension components (F&R), and an even BETTER chance that he may have bent
the subframe (if it's a front hit).

He should be driving home easy until he gets it checked out.

Subject: [Shotimes] Gen 3 Rim Today?

Hello all,

My friend Shane who is a member of the list just called on his cell. He is
traveling home from North Carolina, and he currently between Norfolk and
Richmond on interstate 64 in Virginia. Anyway, we had to make a quick stop,
veered off the road and hit the curb. His rim was shattered. He doesn't
want to make the rest of the trip on the spare anyone know a place to get a
16" rim in that area today?

Thanks,

Titus Lloyd
