[Shotimes] The last word on EXPRESS MODULES

Lemme see... At some point we could have 7 modules on the driver door, and
2 at each of the others, plus one moonroof-open, one for moonroof-close.
That's 15 modules per car. I think Uncle Al is trying to corner the
express-module market. :-) Al Fitzgerald, "The Missing Hunt Brother."
;-)

Theoretically you could use 7 (in a Gen2) or 8 (in a Gen1) modules in the
driver door to give the driver "express down" and "express up" on all 4 side
windows. In fact, it would be a challenge to find the room.

Any BSEEs out there who would tackle the challenge of reverse-engineering an
OEM module, then designing one home-made module that would support 4 ups and
4 downs?

I just finished taking the express module that controls the passenger door,
out of the driver's door. Instead I installed it in the passenger door and
now
both the driver and passenger have the express down feature.

That worked so well, I installed two more in the back doors with the same
result. I'm thinking of installing 4 more for the express up feature. I may
even install a master switch to control all windows, up or down, with a
single
button.

But first, I will install one in the moon roof console.
