[Shotimes] SHO IN TOLEDO

I have a customer in Toledo with engine problems. Initially I thought his
problem was under warranty, but it turns out it's not. Could someone in Toledo
give him some advice on what to do? Maybe take a look at his SHO and see if
it's an obvious problem. He just needs some help from the SHO community.
