Chris,

Run your finger under the cam position sensor.  If it comes out oily, that
seal is leaking.  Besides, that leak will show up by dripping on the cat
under the PS pump.

The two inner cam seals cannot be diagnosed wiwthour removing the inner
timming belt cover and the cam sprocktes.
