Yeah, that was my first impression, too.  Sounds like you're getting taken for a ride.  Maybe they damaged the damper removing or installing it.

Shadyside, OH?  Is the garage called SHADYside garage? ; )

Are you sure all these parts are bad? It sounds to me like the garage is
totally lost and just throwing parts in it. I have NEVER seen/heard of a
stock crank damper going bad. So your P/S and water pump and tensioner and
crank pulley all went bad at once? What exactly is wrong with all these
parts? Make sure you get ALL the old parts after they are done.
It's time for you to get involved and shut this thing down now!
