[Shotimes] pulley to battery clearance

Well, the tension on the belt is adjusted properly, and the tensioner isn't
coming apart, so the PO put on too small a belt?  I guess I could take it
off and go compare it to a new one - what a hassle.

Yes there should be... typically the clearance disappears when the tensioner
pulley is out of adjustment.  ie, the accessory belt is either loose or is
too small.  Check the tension in your A/C belt.  There should be plenty of
room between the pulley and the battery.
