[Shotimes] MT5

2.5 HSC CFI 4 banger mated to an MTX III.  Uses the same cable shifter used
by the 89-91.5 SHOs and cable clutch control.  I believe this is the same
transmission used by the Bryce and the SHOPAZ.  But he pulled his out of a
Vulcan powered Topaz so the bolt pattern may be different...
